Doberman Website

Researching the work of the UX/UI agency Doberman became the foundation for a coded website that interprets their design philosophy. The process began with functioning prototypes in Figma, before transitioning into HTML and CSS, which translated visual exploration into a working site. The interface draws from Doberman’s signature use of bold typography, balanced with playful injections of color to soften its severity. Content is organized into a homepage, three project-focused sections, and a hidden bonus page that embodies the studio’s reputation for unpredictability. The site structure emphasizes clarity while leaving room for discovery, echoing the balance of precision and experimentation found in Doberman’s work. As a first coded project, the challenges extended beyond design into technical problem-solving, like learning syntax, debugging errors, and developing file management practices essential for clean, scalable code. The final code is both a homage to a pioneering design agency and a personal milestone in understanding the relationship between concept, interface, and execution.
